Booking the HQ Conference Room, Athlead Meeting Room

Windows

 

  1. Navigate to your calendar in Microsoft Outlook

  2. Right click on your calendar and select "new appointment"
  3. Enter a title, start time and end time. Where it says Location, type HQ Conference Room or Athlead Meeting Room.

  4. You will notice it it add the room into the Required field as well

  5. Click send in the top left of the screen and the appointment with the room will be created.

 

 

Mac

 

  1. Navigate to your calendar in Microsoft Outlook
  2. Click New Event at the top right of the window.

  3. Enter all the details you need such as a title and people you will invite, as well as a time.

  4. In the location field search for the room you are wishing to use. Make sure to select Teams Meeting if you wish to use the Teams Device.
  5. Now click send at the bottom left of the window.
  6. You will now notice the event in Your Calendar.
