Booking the HQ Conference Room, Athlead Meeting Room
Windows
- Navigate to your calendar in Microsoft Outlook
- Right click on your calendar and select "new appointment"
- Enter a title, start time and end time. Where it says Location, type HQ Conference Room or Athlead Meeting Room.
- You will notice it it add the room into the Required field as well
- Click send in the top left of the screen and the appointment with the room will be created.
Mac
- Navigate to your calendar in Microsoft Outlook
- Click New Event at the top right of the window.
- Enter all the details you need such as a title and people you will invite, as well as a time.
- In the location field search for the room you are wishing to use. Make sure to select Teams Meeting if you wish to use the Teams Device.
- Now click send at the bottom left of the window.
- You will now notice the event in Your Calendar.
